"End of Grant KT" Workshop

KT Canada is pleased to offer a one day workshop on “End of Grant KT” at St Michael’s hospital on February 13, 2012 12 - 4 pm.

The course objectives are:

  • To provide an approach to end of grant KT
  • To provide a framework for writing your ‘end of grant’ KT section
  • To understand the difference between end of grant KT and integrated KT

This workshop is open to trainees and researchers interested in learning how to incorporate KT into their grants. You will be expected to bring a summary of a project with you in order to develop your own end of grant KT plan.

Course instructor: Dr Sharon Straus
Course fee: $50 for trainees and $150 for others. Payment must be a cheque, payable to St Michael’s Hospital. Registration fee covers cost of a course syllabus and a copy of “Knowledge Translation in Healthcare: Moving from Evidence to Practice” by Straus, Tetroe and Graham.
Registration deadline: February 6, 2012
