CoFER Program

Core Foundations in Education Research (CoFER) is a new program at the Centre for Faculty Development which is aimed at health professionals who are interested in further developing their understanding of the foundations of health professions education research.

Participants will have a maximum of 2 years to complete all requirements in order to receive the Continuing Education Certificate. Program requirements include attending CFD workshops and participating in a coaching group of 3 or 4 people with one of our research experts who will facilitate the participants learning during the program. Research experts for the program are Dr. Shiphra Ginsburg, Dr. Simon Kitto, Dr. Vicki LeBlanc and Dr. Scott Reeves.
