Knowledge Tools and Products
This is 'third-generation knowledge': it consists of knowledge synopses which present knowledge in a clear, concise, and user-friendly format. These products provide explicit recommendations not only to meet stakeholders' informational needs, but also to influence what stakeholders do - they facilitate the uptake and application of mature knowledge. Examples include ACP Journal Club, practice guidelines, decision aids and tools, and care pathways.
