The Knowledge-To-Action Cycle

Certain milestones have been identified as necessary in bridging the knowledge-to-action gap. For practical purposes, these milestones are described as a series of steps in a cycle, and stakeholders are different from one another in terms of the steps they have taken across the Knowledge-To-Action Cycle (see the diagram and description below).
